Program Coaches
Vahbiz Shroff
Vahbiz Shroff brings unusual rigor to executive coaching — she thinks like a scientist and coaches like someone who genuinely wants to see you change. She specializes in helping leaders navigate organizational complexity, manage conflict, and build the self-awareness that makes growth sustainable. Clients describe her as structured and direct, with a coaching style that gets beneath surface-level challenges quickly.
Before coaching, Vahbiz spent years in biomedical research — an experience that shows up in how she works. She approaches leadership development the way a scientist approaches a problem: systematically, with curiosity, and with a high tolerance for complexity. That background is unusual in executive coaching, and her clients tend to find it an asset when the challenge they're bringing isn't simple.
Vahbiz has served on the Board of Directors for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Raleigh Area Chapter and contributes to the global ICF leadership community. She is also a coach trainer and ICF mentor coach.
Vahbiz is an avid practitioner of yoga and martial arts. She loves making new connections, exploring new hobbies and constantly learning. She has “A Scientist’s Mind with a Coach’s Heart!”
