Emerging Leaders @ Workiva
This program's primary objectives are to promote a broader understanding of Workiva's operations, to build self-awareness, and to develop leadership skills for Workiva’s top leadership talent at the Director & Sr. Director levels.
This is a 12-month program consisting of 5 main components:
● Leadership skill development
● Problem-solving practice via the Clarity-to-Action sessions
● 1:1 Coaching with executive coaches
● Mentorship conversations with Workiva leaders via the Voice of Experience sessions
● Real-world application via the Workiva Evolution & Impact Lab
The program will be delivered through a blend of four in-person meetings, each lasting 2.5 to 3 days, and four 90-minute virtual sessions. Leaders can expect reading assignments between in-person sessions.
